  • Consultations & Custom Projects: A non-refundable £50 consultation fee is required to begin custom work. All other fees and payment schedules will be outlined in your project proposal or invoice.
  • Digital Products & Templates: Prices, licensing terms, and refund policies appear on each product page. Unless otherwise stated, digital downloads are final sale.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways; we never store your full card details.

6. Intellectual Property
