1. Custom Digital Products

All custom-made digital products (including bespoke website designs, custom logos, and tailor-made templates) are created specifically for you based on your requirements. Because work begins immediately upon payment and each deliverable is unique:

  • Custom items are final sale and non-refundable.

If you have concerns about your custom order, please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to address your feedback and make revisions within the scope of your original project agreement.

2. Pre-Made Digital Products

For ready-to-go items in our digital marketplace (e.g., stock templates, graphics packs, social-media assets), we understand issues can sometimes arise. We’ll consider a refund when all of the following apply:

  1. Timeframe: You submit your request within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Genuine Issue: The product is defective, corrupted, or significantly different from its description.
  3. Proof Provided: You include order details and a brief explanation or screenshot demonstrating the issue.

When these conditions are met, we’ll review your case and, if approved, issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request for pre-made products, please email us at contact@simplewebdesigner.com or social site with the subject line “Refund Request: Order #[Your Order Number]” and include:

  • Your name and order number
  • Product name and purchase date
  • Description of the issue (with screenshots if applicable)

We’ll acknowledge receipt within 1 business day and work to resolve your request as quickly as possible.

4. Exceptions & Additional Notes

  • No refunds are available for any digital download once your files have been delivered—except under the pre-made product conditions above.
  • Discounted or promotional items follow the same rules but may have different timeframes announced at the time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it doesn’t meet the criteria outlined here.
